We can adjust the width to fit any block, especially where obstructions like significant Trees, Sydney Water (Board’s) Sewer and Outbuildings necessitate a slimmer design.
The internal layout is quite unique for a secondary dwelling as it provides modern inclusions and a uniquely customised bathroom and laundry. We have had three versions of this design built right here in Sydney; one in Leumeah, one in Blacktown and one in Pennant Hills.
