The Kenneth is another popular 2 Bedroom Granny Flat Design which was originally customised for one of our existing landlords in Parramatta. Ken wanted a unique design for his corner block in central Sydney. The internal layout is both spacious and designed to feel ‘house-like’. We have to give most of the credit to Ken because he was the one that came up with the design! He also designed the structure so that solar access was maximised, with 485mm eaves and a high-pitched roof. Ken had his own builder, so we organised the granny flat design and approval for him.
