There’s a reason why The Grant is the granny flat we’ve had built more than any other in Sydney and Rural NSW.

This 2 bedroom granny flat maximises usable space and is easily customisable. The design has a small hallway in the centre, so that you don’t walk directly out of the bedrooms and into the living areas. The wardrobes in both bedrooms are well situated and the large bathroom/laundry combo make this an ideal rental unit.

The sizable bathroom allows the inclusion of an integrated laundry and the bedrooms are quite large as well. The open-plan living and dining areas also allow easy access to the L-shaped kitchen, which is well appointed and situated to make maximum use of space.
